Add Security Grommets Cable Lock. This consist of several items. First, this accessory must be installed when the tire cover is manufactured. Two grommets are installed, one on each side of the sideband split at the bottom of the cover. These are typical of the same size grommets you see in any tarp. Our cable is stranded steel about eight inches long with a loop on each end. The cable is inserted through both grommets, the loops are pulled together, and a small padlock secures the cable. This security aims to stop any attempt on a snatch and grab by a thief. This system will not protect you if someone really wants to steal your tire cover, but our customers have requested it, so we have provided this accessory for then who think they need it.
