Our warranty for our products.

Warranty Page warrants against defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days. From the date of retail purchase by the original end-user.

Suppose a sewing or printing defect arises. And a valid claim.

And a valid claim, received within the Warranty Period, at its option and to the extent permitted by law. Custom Grafix will either repair the defect at no charge. Exchange the product with a product of equal value, or refund a partial purchase price of the product. The limited warranty does not cover problems arising from vandalism, theft, or print abrasion from impact. Imprint staining from improper installation, car wash abuse, and use of any oil-based cleaners or polishes. Customers must pay for all shipping.
